EDMONTON (Jan 10, 2023) – Super Channel is pleased to announce the appointment of
Tanuka Roy as Chief Revenue Officer, effective January 11th. She will be based in
Toronto, reporting to Don McDonald, President and CEO, and will be a member of the
company’s executive team.

industry professional with a wealth of experience in digital product development and I look

evolve and expand across new digital platforms.”
In this role, Tanuka will be responsible for leading Super Channel’s deployment into new
platforms and related revenue streams, including FAST channels and others, as well as to
develop and enhance the company’s relationships with BDU Affiliates through the
implementation of co-operative marketing campaigns.
Tanuka comes to Super Channel most recently from WildTV, where she consulted on the
launch of a new Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) App. Prior to that she was Associate
Director, OTT Digital Products at Bell Media for over eight years, as product
development lead for Crave across several platforms, led the launch of the DTC versions of
TSN and RDS, as well as leading the digital expansion of several Bell Media
brands. Previous roles included Director, Multiplatform Services and Affiliate
Marketing Manager, during her tenure at Astral Television Networks. Tanuka holds a
Masters of Business Administration Management Studies (Marketing Major) from Bombay
University and is an active CTAM member
