Ad Exec and workaholic, Tiffany Baxter is launching a new Christmas campaign for her firm's biggest client. But her 'bold' new online ad tanks when the public sees it as anti-Santa. Meanwhile, her best friend Amber suddenly realizes her engagement cruise means she'll have to miss her yearly volunteer commitment to 'Secret Santa,' a foundation helping low-income families have a Christmas. Tiffany determines she'll take Amber's place and hopefully be inspired there with an idea for a more heartfelt campaign. Tiffany connects with the charity's owner, widower Grey Johnson, and slowly begins to appreciate a holiday that used to just make her sad since her Dad left the family Christmas morning. But soon Grey discovers an ad created with Secret Santa event footage created without his permission and blames Tiffany, believing she used him to get a promotion, and it all starts to fall apart...
